We ship five times a week, from Monday to Friday. Once your package is added to the incoming section of your dashboard, it should arrive on the following shipment day.
Note: Items processed to your dashboard on Fridays and Saturdays (before 11 am cut-off time) are scheduled to arrive in Jamaica the following Monday.

Next Day Couriers must declare the contents and value of each package entering Jamaica through our service to Jamaica Customs. If invoices are not provided, this can cause delays at customs and may result in the customs officer assigning a higher value to your package.
